Ed Maverick

Ed Maverick arrives in Barcelona to present his folk rock and alternative rock compositions at the Razzmatazz venue.

Ed Maverick is a Mexican folk rock and alternative rock musician who released his debut album, Mix pa llorar en tu cuarto, in 2018. His repertoire consists of songs with an acoustic and intimate structure, centred around voice and guitar, with influences from traditional folk music of his country and contemporary currents of the independent genre. The tracks explore melancholic and everyday themes, connecting with a young generation of followers of roots and singer-songwriter sounds.

Live, Ed Maverick's proposal translates into a sober format on stage, where close interpretation and direct connection with the audience predominate through arrangements faithful to the studio recordings. The performance is designed for listeners who follow the evolution of current Latin American alternative folk and enjoy attentive listening recitals. The Razzmatazz venue hosts this concert in Barcelona, offering a suitable space to follow the performance of this composer as part of his venue tour.

This musical date in Barcelona brings together fans of Spanish-language folk and the international independent circuit. The songs in the repertoire review the artist's recording productions, allowing audiences to hear live the tracks that have defined his musical career from his beginnings in digital format to his current releases.
