Familia Poyo – Entre pollos anda el juego

From the authors of the hit comedy Primera cita comes their show on Sundays from 13 September to 25 October at Teatro Muñoz Seca. A hilarious production that delves into the differences between urban and rural life.

Directed by Carlos Mochales and featuring actors Javier Losán, Pedro Llamas, Ana del Arco and Darío Mare s, the play presents a family whose peaceful life in the city takes an unexpected turn when they become the involuntary witnesses of a crime. From that moment on, the mafia pursues them relentlessly, forcing them to take refuge in an isolated farm in the countryside, convinced that they will be safe there.

However, their hiding place soon ceases to be safe and the family must face the criminal threat while trying to adapt to rural life, among cows, chickens and circumstances that are completely alien to their urban experience.

The piece combines physical humour, entanglements and absurd situations with a brisk pace that keeps the audience hooked from start to finish. The interaction between city life and the challenges of the countryside offers spectators an entertaining and adrenaline-filled proposal that promises to keep them laughing throughout the evening.
