JAKE BUGG - Alamo – Solo Acoustic Tour

Teatro Eslava welcomes British artist Jake Bugg in an intimate acoustic format that reviews his career in folk rock and blues.

Jake Bugg is a British singer-songwriter linked to folk rock, blues rock, and traditional roots, active on the live scene since 2011. His recording career kicked off with the release of his self-titled debut album in 2012 under the Mercury Records label, a work that laid the foundations for an acoustic guitar sound and narrative-driven lyrics. His subsequent discography has maintained a compositional line focused on Anglo-Saxon tradition, with recognisable influences from classic folk and singer-songwriter rock reference points.

On this tour, the stage setup is stripped back to an acoustic performance, shifting the weight of the repertoire to the vocal delivery and bare instrumental accompaniment. This format allows the songs to be appreciated in their original structure, just as they were conceived in the recording studio. The evening is aimed at audiences who follow the more traditional currents of indie rock and contemporary folk.

The concert takes place at Teatro Eslava, a centrally located venue in Madrid offering a layout focused on closeness to the artist. The atmosphere of the room encourages attentive and direct listening, ideal for this type of intimate live format, where interaction with the audience relies on sobriety and attention to the musical execution.
