Jeff Mills + uroz

Jeff Mills and uroz share the booth at Moog Club for a session focused on electronic dance music.

Jeff Mills is one of the historic names in the Detroit techno scene, co-founder of the influential Underground Resistance label in the early nineties before embarking on a solo career marked by sonic and conceptual exploration. His live repertoire relies on the use of drum machines and turntables, with a performance focused on speed and repetition that has led him to release fundamental albums such as Waveform Transmissions or Metropolis.

For his part, uroz brings his knowledge of the local dance floor as a regular resident of the venue, connecting with current contemporary techno currents. On stage, both names present a session tailored to the regular crowd of this Barcelona club on Calle del Arc del Teatre, a space focused on nightlife club culture with a limited capacity.

This joint tour brings together two perspectives of dance music in a format designed for small-scale venues where closeness to the DJ booth defines the night.
