Kingfishr - Europe 2026

Kingfishr performs in Madrid as part of their 2026 European tour, presenting their repertoire of independent folk live.

Kingfishr is an Irish independent folk band formed in 2022 in Limerick and consisting of Eddie Keogh, Eoghan McGrath and Eoin Fitzgibbon. Their musical proposal connects with the acoustic tradition of their country of origin, combining organic instrumentation with contemporary arrangements typical of the alternative circuit.

Live, the formation transfers their studio sound to the stage with instrumentation centred on the guitar, banjo and percussion, maintaining a sober and direct performance. The show takes place at the Wagon venue, a space in Madrid focused on concerts and musical performances in a proximity format.

The event is aimed at audiences interested in the new currents of European folk and independent pop. The evening is planned as an attentive listening to the group's repertoire within the Madrid venue circuit.
