Mohama Saz + Esperanto

Mohama Saz + Esperanto, a double helping of psychedelia between the Mediterranean and the Orient.

Since playing the Barcelona Psych Fest in 2024, Mohama Saz have not stopped: three tours of the United States, a European tour with High on Fire and festivals such as Primavera Sound, Le Guess Who and Desertfest.

Along the way they have continued to push their blend of Mediterranean psychedelia, krautrock, North African rhythms and Middle Eastern music further and further, always with the electric baglama saz leading the way.

And if there is one thing we remember from their appearance at BPF, it is that live they play in a different league. On the other side of the bill will be Esperanto, a band closely linked to Mohama Saz, with whom they share three of their four members.

We already had them at BPF 2025 presenting "Tiempos de vencer", a debut which we still think is an absolute marvel, where psychedelia, krautrock, free jazz and Eastern arrangements coexist.

Two sides of the same musical family that we were very keen to bring together in a single night. See you in the Club room of Paral·lel 62!
