About — The artist
Michael Rosenberg, known as Mike Rosenberg, formerly known as Passenger, born on 17 May 1984 in Brighton (East Sussex), is a British folk singer-songwriter and guitarist. His moniker comes from the folk-rock band he founded, was the main singer and composer for. The band released only one album. When the band members decided to split in 2009, Mike Rosenberg chose to keep the band's name as his stage name for his solo career. He is primarily known for his song Let Her Go, released in 2012.
Mike Rosenberg is notably recognised for the busking appearances he regularly makes in the streets. Sometimes several hundred people attend these public performances. This is, in fact, how he began his career.
