Escape Game Planetario Perduto

An escape room set in the exhibition spaces of the Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci in Milan. A prophecy about humanity's return to the Moon drives the game, with clues gathered thanks to a narrative artificial intelligence.

Escape Game Planetario Perduto is a multiplayer role-playing game that sits somewhere between fiction, historical reality and current affairs. The story follows the trail of a mysterious prophecy that imagines humanity's return to the Moon, and unfolds inside the Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia, among ships, submarines, aeroplanes, computers and Leonardo's machines.

The game consists of eight missions of increasing difficulty, in which the museum's exhibits become part of the puzzles. At the start, the group receives a kit of objects whose shapes and functions are not immediately obvious, to be used to solve the problems. Clues arrive through an instant messaging app, with texts, images, audio and insights into the museum's stories and objects. To play, the group needs at least one smartphone with an internet connection. It lasts around 90 to 120 minutes.

The experience is designed for groups of friends who want to try their hand at a team game. The play areas are accessible to people with motor disabilities, and some rooms can be reached by lift. The materials are available in Italian, English and French.
