About — The artist
Modà are an Italian pop rock band formed in Milan in 2002.
Led by singer-songwriter Francesco Silvestre (known as Kekko), who writes the lyrics and music for the group. After releasing three fairly successful albums and taking part in the Sanremo Festival 2005 with the song Riesci a innamorarmi, the band rose to prominence in 2011 with the album Viva i romantici, which sold over 450,000 copies in Italy, driven by the hit singles La notte, Sono già solo and Come un pittore, the last a duet with Pau Donés of Jarabe de Palo.
