Centro de Arte Hortensia Herrero - General

The Centro de Arte Hortensia Herrero (CAHH) is a unique space in the heart of the city of Valencia, combining contemporary art, architecture and history.

It is an emblematic 17th-century palace converted into a museum that houses more than 100 works by artists of national and international renown.

In addition, some of these artists have designed site-specific pieces for particular spaces within the building, among them Tomás Saraceno, Jaume Plensa, Olafur Eliasson, Cristina Iglesias, Sean Scully and Mat Collishaw.

Enjoy immersive experiences and interactive works of art during your visit while discovering the city's past through archaeological remains such as the Roman circus or an alley of the former Jewish quarter, among others.

A free audio guide is at your disposal, as well as the explanations of our gallery staff, which will enrich your visit. Art, architecture and history in one space that has become one of Valencia's must-sees for all audiences.
