Centro de Arte Hortensia Herrero - Reducida

The Centro_de_Arte_Hortensia_Herrero offers a cultural outing in Valencia that combines contemporary art, historical architecture and archaeological remains.

This space located in a renovated 17th-century palace brings together more than a hundred works by national and international creators. The route allows visitors to view specific pieces designed for different corners of the building by Tomás Saraceno, Jaume Plensa, Olafur Eliasson, Cristina Iglesias, Sean Scully and Mat Collishaw. During the visit, vestiges of the local past such as the Roman circus and a section of the old Jewish quarter are also discovered.

This proposal is designed for all audiences who wish to get closer to current creation and the architectural heritage of the city. The outing includes access to the rooms with the support of an audioguide and the assistance of the centre's staff to resolve doubts during the tour in this Valencian cultural space.
