What makes this experience truly special is that you will learn a family recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation. These are not just any churros; they are the exact same ones my grandmother used to make, following authentic techniques that have stood the test of time.

Unlike mass-produced churros, we will make them from scratch, by hand, just as the locals have done for years. You will mix, shape and fry them to perfection, experiencing the true art of traditional Spanish churros and chocolate.

All of this takes place in the cosy kitchen of my apartment, right in the heart of Madrid. Here, surrounded by the energy of the city, you will be able to sample authentic home-cooked Spanish cuisine, far away from the tourist traps.
