Clase de cocina de paella con chef profesional : Cena de cuatro platos

This 4-course workshop lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is a great introduction to the world of paella and Spanish cuisine.

One of our hosts will welcome you with a glass of cava and then run through the concept behind our club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will be organised into groups of two per cooking station, where they will find all the utensils and ingredients needed to cook each paella in a totally immersive and dynamic way. Depending on the number of guests, several paella recipes will be made so that guests can taste and learn how to cook more than one type of paella.

Once the workshop is over, while the paellas finish cooking, you will sit back and enjoy other courses prepared by our chef as well as your own paella creations paired with Catalan wine.
