Clase de Paella y barra libre de Sangría en el Centro de Madrid

Take part in this practical cooking workshop dedicated to making a traditional paella and preparing sangria in central Madrid.

This activity takes place at the Bon Vivant Factory facilities and consists of a practical Spanish cooking session aimed at learning the fundamental steps to cook a well-balanced paella. During the class, attendees take an active part in preparing the ingredients and monitoring the cooking times, guided by the venue's culinary team, who provide all the utensils and products needed for the recipe.

The workshop includes a free-flowing sangria bar throughout the class, made with fresh fruit and wine, to accompany the culinary process. This offering is designed both for amateurs taking their first steps in the kitchen and for visitors interested in local gastronomy who are looking for a participatory activity in Madrid. Upon finishing the preparation, participants share the food they have made in a communal area of the venue.
