Paella, tortilla y sangría tradicional Clase de cocina

To start, I will prepare some Spanish tapas and together we will make an authentic sangria; of course, there will also be wine, beer, tinto de verano, soft drinks, etc. We will begin cooking the Spanish omelette and finally the paella.

We will make the traditional paella because I am from Valencia! During the preparation we will enjoy the starter and some good conversation where I will explain all the steps and reveal all the secrets to making a delicious and authentic Valencian paella.

When the paella is ready, we will eat and enjoy it. Come and live a unique experience where, as well as enjoying the delicious cuisine, you will meet people and learn the secrets of authentic Valencian paella. Afterwards, we will have a nice coffee!
