Digitalism

Digitalism arrive at La 2 de Apolo in Barcelona to deliver an electronic music session as part of their tour.

Digitalism is a German electronic music project formed in 2004 in Hamburg by Jens Moelle and İsmail Tüfekçi. The duo released their debut studio album, entitled Idealism, in 2007 through the record label Virgin Records, establishing an electro house and indie dance sound that has defined their career over the following decades on the international scene.

Live, the formation deploy a repertoire focused on the dancefloor, combining synthesizers, drum machines and live mixing that reinterpret their studio compositions with a dynamic approach. The stage performance is designed to maintain a constant pulse of rhythm and energy throughout the entire set.

This musical offering is aimed at the venue's regular audience and fans of contemporary club electronics. La 2 de Apolo provides a suitable space for this concert format, where live sound and closeness to the audience shape the usual development of electronic music performances in Barcelona.
