Ede - Entra con cuidado y quédate a bailar

The Madrid-born singer and creator Ede presents the staged concert Entra con cuidado y quédate a bailar on 13 November at the Sala Roja Concha Velasco of Teatros del Canal, as part of the programme of the 44th Festival de Otoño. Directed together with playwright Celso Giménez, the proposal goes beyond the traditional concert format, combining a hybrid device of live music, choreographic composition and stage language.

The staging takes as its starting point the compositions of Fieralinda (2025), the artist's second studio album, a work divided into two complementary universes: Fiera, focused on electronic sounds, and Linda, built around acoustic and intimate melodies. Far from simply singing the songs on stage, the artist uses this repertoire to pose a simple question: in a time when almost everything is consumed through screens, why does it still make sense to gather with strangers in the same room just to listen to music?

The production is co-directed by Celso Giménez, known for his work at the head of the company La Tristura. Ede trained in musical theatre and dance, so movement and interpretation carry as much weight as the instruments. Known for collaborations with musicians such as Xoel López, Ismael Serrano or Club del Río, and after presenting a nine-hour action at Espacio Mistral in Madrid, the author closes a long period of rehearsals and trials with this performance.
