L'horitzó abstracte

The exhibition L'horitzó abstracte at Espais Volart reviews the career of Romà Vallès and his contribution to abstraction.

Espais Volart hosts the exhibition L'horitzó abstracte, a showcase dedicated to the career of painter Romà Vallès. The journey brings together a collection of works reviewing more than sixty years of artistic research and formal experimentation, reflecting the most significant stages in the artist's evolution.

Visitors will find an itinerary organised across several rooms that delves into the use of the stroke, the patch, matter and colour as defining elements of his language. The selection of paintings highlights the contribution of one of the key figures of Catalan informalism, displaying pieces linked to his biography and his constant creative evolution.

This exhibition is designed for contemporary art enthusiasts and the curious interested in Catalan visual arts. The display allows visitors to observe the coherence of rigorous work focused on pictorial research and freedom of approach.
