La noche del gato negro

Salto Escénico presents on Saturdays, from 3 October to 24 April, La Noche del Gato Negro, a musical mystery comedy that combines the spirit of the classic thriller with a contemporary sense of humour. The production plays with the great classics of Agatha Christie and takes them into an absurd, modern and unpredictable territory.

The appearance of a corpse in a castle initiates an investigation with five suspects and numerous motives for lying. On a night when nothing goes as it should, each new clue complicates the inquiries and turns the crime into a tangle comedy.

Amid interrogations, secrets, songs and delirious situations, the characters and unexpected twists derail the investigation at every step. The show revives the great locked-room mysteries and transforms them into a fast-paced, irreverent production where anyone could be guilty, even the cat.
