Plaza de Toros de Alicante

A tour of the Plaza de Toros de Alicante and its museum, passing through the Puerta Principal del Triunfo, the chapel, the stands, the infirmary and the corrals of the venue.

The Plaza de Toros de Alicante hosts a permanent collection exhibition devoted to the city's bullfighting tradition. Its museum is laid out as a tour of the building itself, so the visit also serves to understand how the venue is organised and what role each of its spaces plays.

The route begins at the Puerta Principal del Triunfo and continues to the chapel, a place where bullfighters go to commend themselves before stepping into the ring. The tour then takes in the stands, the infirmary and the corrals, areas that complete the visit to the interior of the plaza.

The proposal is aimed at those who want to get to know one of Alicante's bullring venues from the inside, whether they come out of interest in bullfighting or in search of a leisurely visit to the building and its facilities, from the main entrance to the corrals.
