Tablao Flamenco 1911 - Programación

Flamenco show programme at Tablao Flamenco 1911 in Madrid, featuring singers, guitarists, musicians and dancers who change every week.

El Tablao Flamenco 1911 presents itself as the oldest flamenco tablao in the world. Throughout the year it maintains a programme of shows aimed at preserving the spirit of the flamenco fiesta, and its cast changes every week with performers from different parts of Spain, so that each performance has a character of its own.

On stage, cante (singing), toque (guitar playing) and baile (dance) are combined. The singers and musicians perform classic pieces while the dancers move through different palos, such as soleás, bulerías or tarantas, wearing heeled footwear and dresses with trains. Each performance lasts one hour without interruption.

Among the regular artists are the dancers Antonio Canales, Farruquito and Alfonso Losa, the singer Laura Abadía and the guitarists David Jiménez and Mario Montoya, among others. The show is designed for both aficionados and those attending flamenco for the first time.
