Tripula

Children's show in which two scientists present the Globus Estàtic, a balloon for travelling to imaginary places, amid unforeseen events and surprises.

Two Enlightenment-era scientists have discovered a new way of travelling and are unveiling it to a group of passengers. Their great invention is the Globus Estàtic, which moves through the intermediate space, along the seams of reality, towards places nobody suspected existed.

Among the destinations the show offers are crossing the ends of the earth, diving into the sea of doubts and reaching the galaxy of knick-knacks. The journey is described as an imaginary and impossible voyage, gentle in character, though not without unexpected events and surprises for those who climb aboard the balloon.

The show is part of Programa.cat, promoted by the Departament de Cultura of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the provincial councils of Barcelona, Girona, Lleida and Tarragona. The performance takes place at the Centre Cultural Costa i Font, a theatre in Taradell.
