Warhaus

Warhaus presents its dark pop and contemporary chanson proposal at the Razzmatazz 2 venue, as part of its tour in Barcelona.

Warhaus is the personal project of the Belgian musician and producer Maarten Devoldere, who launched it in 2015 after consolidating his career as co-founder of the band Balthazar, active since 2010. The musical identity of this project moves through chamber pop, melancholic cabaret, and cinematic-style arrangements, featuring a restrained instrumentation where subtle winds, dense basslines, and nocturnal atmospheres predominate. Among its most representative songs are tracks from albums released throughout this decade of solo career.

Live, the proposal translates into an intimate and magnetic concert, where the line-up on stage carefully looks after every instrumental nuance to recreate the leisurely baroqueness of the studio recordings. The repertoire combines the best-known tracks from their discography with moments of greater interpretative tension.

This event is aimed at an audience that follows the most sophisticated strands of European pop and contemporary singer-songwriter rock. The Razzmatazz 2 venue offers an ideal close-up space for this format, allowing the acoustic details and the closeness of the performance to be appreciated without losing the club atmosphere that characterises this type of live show.
