Warhaus

Warhaus arrives in Madrid to present his pop, rock, and indie repertoire at Sala But as part of his tour.

Warhaus is the personal project of Belgian musician Maarten Devoldere, who first took his steps in the industry in 2010 as a member of the band Balthazar before embarking on this solo journey in 2015. His musical style moves through singer-songwriter pop, alternative rock, and indie textures, with a sound characterised by meticulous arrangements, restrained instrumentation, and a dark cabaret atmosphere. Among his most representative songs are tracks released throughout his solo discography.

On stage, Warhaus typically performs with a line-up of accompanying musicians to recreate the instrumental richness of his studio albums in a live setting. The repertoire combines recent compositions with pieces from his earlier records, maintaining a sober tone focused on instrumental and vocal performance. Warhaus concerts usually take place in medium-sized venues, featuring a direct staging free from unnecessary artifice.

This performance at Sala But is aimed at those who follow the artist's career and fans of independent singer-songwriter rock. The attending audience will find a suitable space to listen to the musical arrangements in a standard concert venue format, without large-scale visual elements, prioritising the delivery of the songs and the band's presence on the Madrid stage.
