Xa Festa Major Alternativa 2026

An alternative local festival in the La Sagrera neighbourhood, driven by residents' collectives, with talks, community activities, concerts and a playful vermouth in the Plaça dels Jardins d'Elx.

Xa Festa Major Alternativa 2026 is a neighbourhood programme of activities organised by La Sagrera Alternativa and the Sindicato de Vivienda de La Sagrera, Navas i Congrés. The event brings together debates on the neighbourhood's struggle with collective activities, shared meals and a treasure hunt through the streets.

The programme includes an afternoon of a revolutionary character focused on the struggle of residents, a night dedicated to historic groups that have taken part in one of the previous editions, and a closing day with a playful vermouth. The central weekend combines activities, the treasure hunt around the neighbourhood and a night of concerts.
