This is a full-day outing from Venice to the Prosecco hills, designed for those who want to better understand how this wine is made. The route passes through vineyards and includes visits to two family-run wineries. During the visit, the stages of the grape harvest and fermentation are retraced.

The tastings, led by Riccardo, a certified sommelier, feature selected Proseccos and focus on quality, terroir and local traditions, without any rush. The light lunch, paired with the wines, offers local cheeses and cured meats, with vegetarian options. Bottles can be bought from the producers.

The group is limited to a maximum of seven guests, which allows for direct interaction with the guide. The outing is aimed above all at wine enthusiasts looking for a deeper insight and a slower pace.
