jigitz | 50 Ballerinas Tour

jigitz at Circolo Magnolia (Indoor)

He was born in Albuquerque, lives in Brooklyn and, within just a few years, has become one of the hottest names on the American UK garage scene. jigitz makes music for dancing, with his heart in it: garage, breakbeat and house intertwine with vocals and melodies that stay in your head long after the last drop. His name took off with “tell you straight”, which went viral and entered Billboard's dance charts, and his profile grew further with the EP all my exes live in brooklyn.

Now he arrives at Magnolia with 50 ballerinas, his first album: a project inspired by ballet, movement and community, with guests such as Charlotte Plank, Rose Gray and glaive. Live, jigitz often plays in the middle of the room, surrounded by the audience: fast, tightly packed sets built for a dance floor that never stops.
