The Tubs

London group The Tubs bring the jangle pop and post-punk sounds of their discography to the Roman stage.

The Tubs are a five-piece noise pop group originally from London. The band moves between the coordinates of jangle pop, post-punk and British indie rock, offering a repertoire based on tight guitars and immediate melodies, alongside personal lyrics. Over the course of their career, the lineup has released two studio albums, two EPs and the record titled Hard Life, issued by Merge Records.

Live, the band presents compositions that combine the energy of independent rock with themes linked to relationships and regret. This musical proposal finds space in the programme of Wishlist Roma, a venue in the capital dedicated to concerts and live performances, appealing to listeners interested in the new independent scene from across the Channel.
