The Jury Experience – Die tödliche Bootsfahrt

Experience an interactive theatre piece in the form of a courtroom drama with The Jury Experience – Die tödliche Bootsfahrt at Tagungszentrum Kolpinghaus München-Zentral GmbH.

At this event in Tagungszentrum Kolpinghaus München-Zentral GmbH, the audience slips into the role of jurors and takes their seats on the jury bench to judge a criminal case. At the centre of it all is a dramatic boat trip during a summer night where, following a ride in a family speedboat, one person was found dead, another is in a coma, and the son of a politician is put on trial. Visitors follow testimonies, examine available evidence, and analyse arguments to uncover contradictions. The format provides for participants to vote at certain moments, allowing them to influence the course of the case. In terms of content, the piece deals with themes such as domestic violence, psychological pressure, alcohol consumption, and an emergency call, and includes emotional conflicts.

The offering is aimed at groups of friends, crime enthusiasts, and adult spectators who want to actively intervene in the action. In the end, the decision on guilt or innocence rests entirely with the people present on the jury bench.
