Illuseum Berlin

Illuseum Berlin is a museum of illusions, where optical illusions and scientific exhibits challenge familiar ideas about physics. Visitors become part of the installations themselves.

The exhibition presents sense-deceiving exhibits based on scientific principles. The route includes, among other things, the Wirbeltunnel, in which visitors walk on tiptoe, as well as the Ames Room, in which people appear to be different sizes. The programme is complemented by stations where gravity and balance behave surprisingly.

The house is designed as a museum of illusions and is aimed at visitors who enjoy astonishing effects, whether alone, with friends or with family. Many rooms are suitable for taking photos in which scale and perspective are surprising.

The visit does not follow a fixed sequence but invites visitors to explore the rooms at their own pace and try out the effects for themselves. The exhibition is a permanent display from the collection of Illuseum Berlin.
