Joshua Radin

The American acoustic musician Joshua Radin performs at the Maschinenhaus of Berlin's Kulturbrauerei with his new album One Day Home. The evening takes in a catalogue that has been built up since the early 2000s.

Joshua Radin, born in 1974, has been active since 2004 and has performed as a troubadour with a guitar since the beginning. His debut album was released in 2006. His catalogue includes nine studio albums, among them We Were Here, Simple Times, Underwater, Wax Wings and Here, Right Now. He received a gold certification for the track I'd Rather Be With You, and his music has been heard in over 200 films, series and adverts.

Among the artists he has performed alongside are Ed Sheeran, Sara Bareilles, Ingrid Michaelson, Sheryl Crow and Tori Amos. His tenth album, One Day Home, was released in 2025 as his first independently released album since 2017. He co-produced six of the 13 tracks with Wally Gagel. The release comprises a double LP with studio versions and versions with piano and vocals. Musically, the album combines soul with singer-songwriter elements and tells of the development of a romantic relationship.
