Nathanial Young is a musician based in Los Angeles. His work centres on improvisations played without amplification and tailored to the particular space. It explores the acoustic relationship between the architectural structure, the saxophone and the listeners.
The music is created anew in each space, depending on its characteristics and on the people within it. This results in a fleeting moment that touches on the relationships between the listeners themselves and with their surroundings.
