Portugal. The Man

Portugal. The Man present their characteristic blend of pop, rock and indie during their guest performance in Munich.

Portugal The Man are an American rock band from Wasilla in Alaska. Founded in 2004, the project released its debut album in 2006 via the Equal Vision Records label. Later in their career, the band achieved widespread fame in 2017 with the album Woodstock, largely driven by the single Feel It Still. Alongside their musical work, the group is dedicated to social causes and founded the Pass The Mic Foundation, among other initiatives, to support human rights, environmental protection and health issues. Another key focus is supporting the DHDDS community in researching a rare gene mutation.

The concert takes place at the Tonhalle, which presents concerts and performances in Munich. The audience can look forward to an evening of pop, rock and indie with works from the band's repertoire.
