About — The artist
Evil Activities, full name Kelly van Soest, born on 23 August 1979 in Krimpen aan den IJssel (South Holland, Netherlands), is a Dutch mainstream hardcore composer and disc jockey. Under the stage name Max Enforcer, he also composes hardstyle.
Initially, the project consisted of Kelly van Soest, Niels van Hoeckel and Telly Luyks; the latter two left the group in 2003. Since then, Kelly van Soest has used the group's name as his stage name and is occasionally accompanied by his associates during live performances. His compositions belong to various styles, such as gabber.
