Arquitectura suiza contemporánea / SAY26 anuario suizo de arquitectura

The exhibition CCP15Y|CH Contemporary Swiss Architecture and SAY26 Swiss Architecture Yearbook is on view at COAM from 2 October to 11 November. The display brings together 54 recent works that reveal different ways of practising architecture across Switzerland's four linguistic regions.

The selected projects form part of CCP15Y | Cities Connection Project: 15 Years of Comparative Architecture, an exhibition presented within the framework of Barcelona World Capital of Architecture 2026.

The display offers a route through 54 recent architectural works built in Switzerland, organised around five thematic axes: hybrid proposals, public facilities, public spaces, densification and reorganisation, and new ways of living.

This organisation does not propose a closed classification; rather, it works as a tool for interpreting and relating the projects. Many of the works could belong to several sections, as they address issues ranging from housing and public space to reuse and programmatic hybridisation. Their grouping makes it possible to identify affinities and shared approaches among projects developed in different contexts.

CCP15Y|CH seeks to show new ways of making architecture through projects from Switzerland's four linguistic regions: French-speaking Switzerland, German-speaking Switzerland, the Grisons region, where Romansh is spoken, and the canton of Ticino, which is Italian-speaking.
