Overview

Tasting of six gourmet tapas at Barra Fondillón, in the Hotel Hospes Amérigo in Alicante: three cold bites, two hot creations and a dessert featuring Mediterranean produce.

The experience consists of journeying through the counter menu with six small dishes that follow one another in order. It begins with three Mediterranean-inspired cold bites, continues with two hot creations and finishes with a dessert. Each tapa brings a different texture and coastal product, meaning the tasting is experienced as an orderly sequence rather than random nibbling.

The session is held at Barra Fondillón, located within the Hotel Hospes Amérigo in the centre of Alicante. Its offering is to approach the city's tapas culture with a Mediterranean twist.

It is designed for couples or groups of friends who want to share several bites at the same table and sample Alicante tapas cuisine in a single session.
