The departure leaves from Seville heading towards Doñana, where an expert ornithologist accompanies the group and explains why this natural area holds the highest ecological significance in Europe. The route crosses landscapes that are very distinct from one another: marshes, pine forests and rice-field areas, each with its own fauna.

During the day the focus is centred on birds. Among the highlighted species are the marbled duck and the Spanish imperial eagle, both threatened, in addition to the brightly coloured flamingo. The setting also hosts significant concentrations of waterbirds throughout the entire year.

Travel is done by vehicle along secondary tracks, with stops for brief and low-difficulty walks in search of birds and wildlife. The proposal is designed for nature enthusiasts, birdwatching hobbyists and visitors who arrive in Seville and want to get to know the park.
