Secrets of Sacromonte, Granada - Juego de exploración al aire libre

Outdoor exploration game around the Sacromonte neighbourhood in Granada, followed on your mobile phone: clues, simple challenges and eleven stops among cave houses and viewpoints overlooking the Alhambra.

This is a walking exploration game around Sacromonte, using your phone as a guide. The activity is followed via the Questo app and is in English. Along the 2,369-metre route, there are eleven stops with interactive clues and simple challenges that help you discover the neighbourhood.

Among the cave houses, you will find cobbled streets, references to Romani tradition and echoes of flamenco. From the viewpoints among the hills, you can see the Alhambra and the city. The route passes the Ermita del Santo Sepulcro and the Abbey, where a few puzzles must be solved. It does not feature a game narrative: the thread is provided by the clues and the walk itself.

It is advisable to bring water and check the weather forecast before setting off. It is best to do it in daylight and avoid the central hours of the day in summer. The game allows you to pause and resume the route at your own pace. As the route is not adapted for people with reduced mobility, it is best suited for passing visitors who want to walk and discover the neighbourhood at a leisurely pace, in a group or as a couple.
