Take part in a hands-on cooking workshop on an old town rooftop to learn how to make a traditional paella.
This activity invites you to make a traditional Valencian chicken and vegetable paella from scratch over an open flame, guided by a local host. The workshop takes place on a private rooftop terrace located in the city's old town, offering direct views of the Cathedral and the Giralda.
