Overview
A wine tasting in Barcelona lasting around 90 minutes, in which four sensory stations test hearing, sight, smell and touch, ending with a cocktail made by each attendee.
Sinestesia is a tasting in which the senses deliberately contradict one another. Over around 90 minutes, the session moves through four stations built around unconventional tastings: a blind test in which only sound guides the tasting, a station for observing how sight changes expectation, another devoted to exploring aromas from a different angle and, to close, the making of a cocktail of your own.
No previous experience of wine is needed. The selections are unusual, high-quality options, designed to let each participant review their first impressions before taking the next sip.
The outing is aimed at adults who want to test their perception within a small group. It takes place at laLola, a creative and artistic coworking space in Barcelona, and is conducted in Spanish.
