Escape the city for a morning and discover the spiritual and natural heart of Catalonia: the mountain and monastery of Montserrat. With this half-day excursion, you will travel from Barcelona in a private air-conditioned coach led by an expert local official guide, ready to share the legends and history of one of Spain's most iconic sanctuaries.

Departure is in the morning from Estación de Francia, with arrival in Montserrat allowing you early access to the monastery before the busiest hours of the day. Following a 45-minute guided tour of the basilica and monastery (with a close-up view of the famous Black Virgin, La Moreneta), you will have 2 hours of free time to visit the museum, sample the monastery's homemade liqueur, walk to the Creu de Sant Miquel viewpoint or take the Sant Joan funicular to the top of the mountain.

Return to Barcelona on the same private coach, arriving at Estación de Francia in the early afternoon, leaving the rest of the day free to enjoy the city.
