Overview
Bristol Northern Soul Club International presents a line-up centred on the classic rhythms of R&B, soul, funk, gospel and reggae. This project promotes British musical culture linked to the Northern Soul movement, a style that emerged in the dance halls of northern England in the late sixties and early seventies, characterised by a selection of independent-label soul songs with a strong danceable beat.
Matisse hosts this gathering in València, bringing together fans of black music and vinyl collectors in a format geared towards dancing and listening to classic references from these genres.
