Fito Conesa Instal·lació

The Gran Teatre del Liceu hosts Fito Conesa's installation, a work that investigates the mechanisms of collective memory through sound and space.

This artistic proposal explores the relationship between sound, voice and space through installations and audiovisual resources that examine how official narratives and power shape our shared memory. The journey invites visitors to move through an environment where the sound dimension acts as a plastic material, generating invisible architectures and spaces of resonance that give prominence to secondary stories and everyday fragilities.

The intervention is located in the Saló dels Miralls of the Gran Teatre del Liceu, a historic and cultural landmark of Barcelona, establishing a direct dialogue with the building's tradition. The interplay of mirrors and the venue's own architecture multiply the reflections and amplify acoustic perception, transforming the hall into a grand symbolic sound box. This visit is designed for audiences interested in contemporary art, sound creation and spatial practices that reflect on listening and memory.
