Degustazione di vini di classe in un castello toscano

Join a cooking and tasting workshop inside a historic winery, led by a professional chef, to learn how to make fresh pasta.

This experience combines a visit to a century-old private winery with culinary practice in Tuscany. During the session, under the guidance of a professional local chef, participants make two different types of handmade pasta accompanied by two sauces, learning cooking techniques that can be replicated in the home kitchen.

The programme also includes exploring the cellars and a light lunch enhanced by a tasting of three selected wines. The meeting point is a short distance from the city of Florence and is accessible by car, with the option to request a dedicated transport service when booking. This experience suits food lovers and visitors keen to discover the traditional flavours of the region in a historic setting.
