Fresh Mula & Deaf Kaki Chumpy / JAZZMI - FAROUT Live Arts Festival

Fresh Mula at BASE Milano

Rap, jazz and sonic experimentation run through an evening that brings together two of the most interesting acts on the new Italian scene. Fresh Mula, an Italian-Senegalese rapper and performer, brings to the stage a style of writing that fuses hip hop, jazz and Afro influences; Deaf Kaki Chumpy, a Milanese collective of eighteen musicians, explore contemporary jazz through an orchestral language that weaves together prog rock, electronica, black music and folk. Two artistic paths that share a search for new languages and a strong performative vocation. A production by JAZZMI in collaboration with FAROUT Live Arts Festival.
