Lamblues - JAZZMI free

Lamblues concert, a project drawing on blues, country and folk, part of the JAZZMI programme in Milan, at the Enterprise Hotel.

Lamblues is a project drawing on blues, country and folk, three strands of American popular music that share common roots in storytelling and oral tradition. The name and the genre point to a repertoire tied to those origins, and the act is among the groups that bring these idioms to the live stage.

The concert is part of the JAZZMI schedule, the festival devoted to jazz that takes place in Milan and stages events at different venues across the city. Enterprise Hotel is the Milan venue that hosts live concerts and shows, and on this occasion it welcomes the project as part of the festival's programme.

For those who follow American blues and folk, the evening offers the chance to hear a roots group in a setting that pairs the festival's jazz programme with a repertoire of popular tradition.
