Louis Armstrong

In Florence, the Combo Social Club hosts a concert dedicated to the artistic legacy of Louis Armstrong and Frank Sinatra, with their songs performed live.

This event is shaped as a tribute to two foundational figures in music history, Louis Armstrong and Frank Sinatra. The setlist includes famous compositions such as What a Wonderful World and Fly Me to the Moon, performed live by a band that reinterprets the repertoire of the two artists. Louis Armstrong, an American jazz singer and trumpeter originally from New Orleans and active since 1914, released his first album Louis and Earl in 1941 on the Columbia Records label.

The concert takes place at the Combo Social Club, a Florentine space that regularly hosts live performances and shows. The proposal is aimed at those who wish to hear the best-known tracks of these two musical culture personalities in a ground-floor room, accessible from the street via a small step.
