Le Mur pres: Bruto + Vereda

Le Mur at Laut

On 9 October, Le Mur arrive at Laut to present BRUTO, their new EP released by Spinda Records, one of the most active independent labels on the alternative scene. The night will also feature Vereda, one of the most interesting proposals on Barcelona's emerging scene.

Formed in Murcia in 2015, Le Mur have established themselves as one of the most personal bands on the country's underground scene. Their sound moves between metal, punk, math rock and post-rock, combining intensity, experimentation and a pronounced emotional charge. After the EPs Le Mur (2015) and El Brote (2017), they released Caelum Invictus in 2023, which was warmly received by media outlets such as RockZone, Mondo Sonoro, Binaural and Radio 3, and was named Best Metal/Punk/Rock Album at the Premios Yepes de la Música Murciana. With BRUTO, they begin a new chapter with Spinda Records, keeping their visceral and forceful essence fully intact.

Founded in Barcelona in 2021, Vereda explores the boundaries between post-hardcore and spoken word, with influences ranging from La Dispute, Pianos Become The Teeth and Touché Amoré to writers such as Javier Gallego « Crudo » and Laura Sam. In 2022 they released Una voz a través de la derrota, co-released on vinyl by Navalla, Nafra and Dingleberry Records, and recognised as one of the standout emerging proposals of that year. They are currently working on their new album, some of whose songs are already part of their live sets.
