Que Dios Nos Pille Confesados - 4ª Temporada

The Teatro Muñoz Seca hosts a new season of this comedy, performed and directed by Josema Yuste, from 16 September to 28 November, Wednesday to Saturday. A play full of tangles, scams, temptations, sins, suspicions, policemen and thieves, in which romance could not be missing either. Alongside Yuste, the cast includes some top-class actors: Javier Losán, Santiago Urrialde and Esther del Prado.

Josema Yuste returns to the stage and could only do so with a fun, muddled comedy of intrigue. A robbery, a marquise, a priest, a policeman and a plumber are the protagonists of this entertaining and original play written by Alberto Papa-Fragomén and Rodrigo Sopeña. On this occasion Josema plays Father Beltrán, a shrewd priest who misses nothing. But besides being part of the cast, he also takes charge of directing the play.

On stage with him is Esther del Prado, who brings to life the Marquise Pilar, who receives a visit from Father Beltrán at her home. There the marquise owns a valuable 17th-century painting, which an inspector, played by Santiago Urrialde, is guarding. The policeman dismisses the idea that, with all the security measures surrounding the painting, any thief could take it.

However, the priest finds the plumber, played by Javier Losán, very suspicious and thinks he may be planning a robbery. And he is not wrong, because although it is one of the most botched robbery plans in history, the plumber does want to get his hands on the painting. With such a scenario, suspicions, temptations and tangles soon appear on stage, delighting audiences with laughter and guffaws
