Alba Nova

Classical guitar concert by Jonathan Parkin, presenting Alba Nova, a recent project with the collaboration of four Spanish classical guitar composers.

Alba Nova is a project presented by English guitarist Jonathan Parkin, who is based in Xàtiva and whom the presentation describes as a fresh and innovative proposal. According to the material, it is restless and inventive music that proposes listening to the classical guitar again with a new outlook.

Parkin performs classical guitar in this programme with the collaboration of four Spanish composers, whom the material places among the most influential of their instrument. The event takes place at the Fundació Cultural Privada Rocamora, a Barcelona venue that hosts concerts and shows.
